Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Hologram's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a school or district, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

These terms are between Hologram Learning Inc. and the school, district, or individual ("you") accessing our services. Separate Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) govern the handling of student education records.

Use of Service

Hologram provides AI-native learning management tools for K-12 educational institutions. You may use the service only for lawful educational purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, including FERPA, COPPA, and applicable state student privacy laws.

• You must not use Hologram to collect student data beyond what is disclosed in our Privacy Policy
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with your district's acceptable use policies
• Pilot program participants agree to provide feedback and participate in product improvement processes

Student Data

Student education records are the property of the student (or parent/guardian for students under 18) and the school. Hologram processes student data as a service provider under FERPA and applicable state law. We will never sell student data or use student data for advertising.

Upon contract termination, Hologram will return or destroy all student education records within 60 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Intellectual Property

Hologram and its associated technology are owned by Hologram Learning Inc. Student work and educational content uploaded to the platform remains the property of the student, teacher, or school, as applicable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hologram Learning Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Pilot program services are provided without charge and therefore at no guaranteed service level.
